We may ask you to supply:

8. Diagnostics & Repair
Diagnostics and repair of vehicles are carried out according to detected flaws during inspection time.
Sometimes once work has started you realise there are underlying or other concerns. On modern automobiles, faults might be interrelated and not every problem can be diagnosed immediately.
We will carry out every tasks with reasonable care and expertise. If we need to make more repairs we will usually contact you for consent before proceeding.
9. Parts & Parts Replacement
We are able to supply:
- new parts, refurbished parts, replacement engines or acceptable replacement parts, depending upon availability, compatibility and nature of repair.
All parts and components are subject to availability of supplier.
If a required part is unavailable after booking, we may:
- propose a suitable alternative, amend the time period or revoke the relevant section of the order as appropriate.

11. Vehicle Collection and Storage
Unless otherwise agreed, you must collect your car or parts within a reasonable time of being told they are ready for collection.
Storage charges may be levied for automobiles not collected & left for a long period where legally permitted. We will endeavour to contact you prior to charging storage charges.
12. Cancellations & Refunds
If you want to cancel a booking please notify us as soon as possible.
You may be subject to cancellation charges if:
- parts have been ordered, work has commenced or labour and preparatory costs have been incurred.
Where applicable, your consumer cancellation rights under UK law remain in place.
However, the cancellation rights may be limited in the case of:
- parts, bespoke work or services that have already been started with your approval, special orders.
13. Return & Refunds
Refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the work carried out and UK consumer law.
If you suspect there is an issue with any service or part given, call us immediately so that we may investigate the matter.
Generally approved refunds are processed and paid in a fair time frame.

Where relevant a guarantee will be provided and all terms discussed at time of supply/installation.
